This week we watch a video of a woman resisting arrest in Austin, TX. Officers wrestle her into handcuffs, actions which are scrutinized by the public. This incident is an excellent example of how important it is to prepare officers with an alternative to use of force when met with aggressive, resistant and non-compliant subjects.
